2. SOLO COSE BUONE SRL delivers to the whole Italian territory, excluding the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino.

3. SOLO COSE BUONE SRL will deliver to the address provided by the user at the time of purchase.

4. In case of lack of a product, it will be care of our assistance to contact you by phone or by email indicated in the order phase (as described in art. 5 – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY).

5. Shipments are made by POSTE ITALIANE courier. The purchased products are therefore delivered throughout Italy, here follows the delivery time:
– 1/3 working days for Express shipments;
– 4 working days for Standard shipments;
– 5 working days for shipments to Peripheral and Disadvantaged areas.
+2 working days for Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily.

Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is only processed once payment has been credited (delivery times may therefore be delayed).

N.B. The calculation of delivery times does not include Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and other special events such as the absence of the addressee, delivery locations that are difficult to reach and other problems that can be directly attributed to the recipient.
