A FAMILY TRADITION
In 2001 the Soffritti brothers started their business specialising in the production of bread and bakery products in Ferrara. The company was expanded in 2012 so that work could be organised more efficiently. Since that year, despite the countless difficulties caused by the earthquake of the same year and by Covid 19, Solo Cose Buone has been continuously growing, searching for innovative ideas to better satisfy the Italian and foreign markets.
QUALITY AND PASSION
What makes our company exclusive is the careful search for selected, high- quality raw materials. No preservatives, dyes, GMOs or palm oil are used. The great attention to quality involves the entire production chain to guarantee the traceability of each product: from arrival at the company to the finished product.
A GROWING COMPANY
Our company is always mindful of the environment and the planet. In making this decision, Solo Cose Buone has invested in a new line for packaging that is completely recyclable: cardboard cans with the FSC logo (paper from responsible sources). The project implements innovative technologies and solutions that strengthen the competitiveness of the company. The plant has been fully automated, with remote controls of all production stages. With this project, Solo Cose Buone is committed to reducing plastic use by 50%.
